We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us at charuarora34@gmail.com prior to placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or strikes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders & ₹1000 COD orders.

5. Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., remote location, public holidays, courier delays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges for re-shipping.
  • In such cases, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. If already accepted, contact us with photos of the packaging and item for resolution within 48 hours.

10. Preorders / Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be marked as “Preorder” or “Made-to-Order” and may take longer to ship. Estimated timelines will be mentioned on the product page.
