1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit once an order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is received in a damaged or defective condition. If you believe your order meets this condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
3. Order Cancellations

4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Items without original tags and packaging
- Customized or altered items
- Discounted or sale items
